    Snoring remedies are finally emerging and I am happy my fellow sufferers have a lot of options to choose from. When it comes to snoring, it is different strokes for different folks. If one anti snoring product worked for a friend, it does not guarantee that it will work for you, too! So be patient and look for one that fits you.

    As an example, I use a pillow, but my partner uses a mouthpiece. Snorers tend to be attracted to each other! 😉

    This is what I keep on saying to my snoring husband. No matter how effective the anti snoring devices he makes use of, none of it will work if his lifestyle remains unhealthy. He is still smoking and drinks beer like two times a week. Such a hard-headed monster!

    Shirley, I think you need to explain to your husband how his snoring can lead to a bigger health issue in the coming months. Explain to him that he has to modify his lifestyle or else, his snoring will get worse.
