The allowing of Somalia pirates to continue as they have is only adding to the problem today. These Muslim pirates have become emboldened, going so far as to actually call the BBC with their latest demand after capturing a British couple. They only want $7 million, and fully expect it to be paid. Because there is no threat to them, they will continue these outrageous kidnappings and wild ransom demands, just as they did 200 years ago.
