It’s Time For The “Birthers” To Face Reality

The controversy goes on.

“Birthers”, as the people who claim that Barack Omaba has failed to produce proof that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen, and therfore is not Constitutionally eligible to be President, refuse to give up their fight.

And they are relentless.

Many of them claim he was not actually born in Hawaii, that the Certification of Live Birth he has produced is not a valid birth certificate, and some claim that any documents he has produced are forgeries.

Others have attempted to point out the differences between a Birth Certificate vs. a Cetificate of Live Birth vs. a Certification of Live Birth.

Some major websites, such as World Net Daily, dedicate a majority of their coverage to the Obama eligibility issue.

Numerous well-known attorneys, such as Phillip Berg and Orly Taitz have filed a multitude of lawsuits and legal briefs on their own behalf as well as on the behalf  of various others who have questioned Obama’s eligibility.

We here at the Freedom Medium very briefly examined this issue a few months ago, and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t something that was worth pursuing.

The “birthers” have yet to learn this lesson.

A dismissal of an Obama eligibilty challenge at a California court this week is just the latest setback to those who question Obama’s eligibility to be President.

Yet this will surely fail to deter them.

However, the question remains, just what are these folks hoping to accomplish?

The obvious answer, of course, is Barack Obama’s removal as President.

This is why we say it’s time for the birthers to face reality.

The odds of that happening are astronomical.

Not to mention the Constitutional crisis and the civil unrest that would surely take place were such an event to occur.

Bottom line is, as I said earlier, it simply isn’t going to happen.

And even if it did, really, is Joe Biden any better?

Biden is so stupid that he couldn’t spell “Cat” if you spotted him the c and the t.

Everyone’s attention, birthers and non-birthers alike, would be better focused on undoing the bigger mistake that took place in 2008, which was giving Obama a Congress filled with people of the same socialist mindset as him.

We have a chance to correct that mistake in 2010.

What America needs is a Congress controlled by true conservatives, people who will not rubber-stamp every hair-brained scheme our President comes up with.

It’s also a much more realistic goal.

Moderate Senators Are Mental Midgets

I have always thought that calling a politician a “moderate” was sort of like saying a rabid pit bull was only slightly unpleasant.

Generally, anyone calling themselves a moderate has no convictions of their own, they simply judge their statements and actions on which way the wind is blowing.

At least, that has been the case up until now.

The debate over universal health care has changed all that.

Now, some Senators are voting for what they want, and don’t give a damn what their constitutents want.

Opposition to government-run health care grows day by day, yet these liberal lunatics are hell bent on ramming Obamacare down our throats whether we want it or not.

A prime example of this “we know what’s best for you, even if you are too stupid to realize it” is Colorado Senator Michael Bennet.

Senator Bennet, in spite of what the citizens of Colorado want, is on record as having said that he will support health care reform even if it means losing his Senate seat.

I am going to take it upon myself to inform Senator Bennet of something just as I would if I happened to live in Colorado:

Dear Senator Stupid:

We don’t care what you want!

In case you are either too brain-dead or too arrogant to remember, the only reason you are keeping that cushy job is because you are supposed to represent the electorate.

Don’t be scared that your fellow liberals in the Senate will look down on you, don’t worry too much about threats from Joe Biden, because if you or any other Senator who is up for re-election in 2010 continues to say the hell with the voters, I’m going to do what I want, you better make the most of it while you can.

For a few moments, I had trouble coming to grips with this guy’s totsl disregard of anything other than his own wishes.

Then I remembered that, when it comes to Obamacare, both the House and the Senate could care less about public opinion.

I have a news flash for any member of Congress who plans on supporting the travesty that is Obamacare.

Years from now, when your grandchildren ask how it happened that you were voted out of office, if you give them an honest answer, you will tell them it was because you went against the wishes of the majority of the American public.

October Mass Layoffs

The latest Mass Layoffs news release from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, http://bls.gov:

In October, employers took 2,127 mass layoff actions involving 217,182 workers. Mass layoff events decreased by 434 and associated initial claims by 30,824 from September. Over the month, the number of manufacturing events, at 619, decreased by 237, and associated initial claims, at 70,572, decreased by 26,494.

The national unemployment rate was 10.2 percent in October 2009, seasonally adjusted, up from 9.8 percent the prior month and from 6.6 percent a year earlier. In October, total nonfarm payroll employment decreased by 190,000 over the month and by 5,504,000 from a year earlier.

Breaking News! White House Appoints An “Or Else” Czar

President Obama has appointed more Czars Than the Romanov Empire ever had.

Bigot Czar, Mad Scientist Czar, Animal Rights Czar, Communist Czar, along with a host of others.

One appointment that flew under the radar was the picking of an “Or Else” Czar, as in you will do what you are told, or otherwise be prepared to suffer the consequences.

The first name that probably comes to mind is Rahm Emanuel, but you may be surprised to learn that it’s not him.

In addition to his other duties, President Obama has decided that Vice-President Joe Biden should be the administration’s chief legbreaker.

With a line that could have come straight out of an episode of the Sopranos, Biden made it clear that members of Congress pledging loyalty to the President have nothing to fear, while for those opposing him there will be hell to pay.

After last weeks Senate vote on health care reform, here is what Biden had to say:

“Those who voted for reform will be rewarded and those who voted against it will be held accountable.”

To me, that sounds more like the ravings of a ticked-off Mafia godfather than a rational statement from a Vice-President of the United States.

I can just imagine the after the vote conversation between the President and the Vice-President:

“OK, we’ll give Gillibrand and Schumer all the construction and longshoreman contracts on the Lower East Side, but we better bring Hatch and Bennet in for a sit-down and let them know what it means to go against the family.”

Where the hell does Joe Biden get off telling members of the United States Senate that they will have their feet held to the fire for voting with their conscience?

Has the Obama adminisrtation become so power-mad that it plans to destroy anyone who dares to stand in it’s way?

Various pundits have compared the Obama way of doing things to Chicago-style politics.

Thanks to Joe Biden, we can rest assured that Al Capone would have been proud.

Quarterly Data Series on Business Employment Dynamics

The latest jobs data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, http://bls.gov:

From December 2008 to March 2009 the number of job losses from closing and contracting establishments remained essentially unchanged at 8.5 million. The number of job gains from opening and expanding private sector establishments fell from 6.7 million to 5.7 million, the lowest level since the series began in 1992, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.

 Gross job losses exceeded gross job gains in all but two industry sectors: utilities and education and health services.

A Reader Calls Me A Bigot…Maybe He’s Right

In an article I did yesterday, I pointed out some of the glaring inconsistencies in the way liberals think, and in what they believe.

“It sounds to me like you’ve encountered people such as yourself and assumed they were liberals because their bigotry and bias was a different flavor than yours.”

When I had said at the beginning of the article that liberals were missing a few brain cells, I was being sarcastic.

Now I’m starting to think that I may be onto something.

Because for someone to call me a bigot due to the fact that I point out the hypocrisy in their belief system, they must have a mental disease.

Then, the more I thought about it, according to the sick and twisted liberal viewpoint, what I believe does make me a bigot.

Really, is this the best you people can do?

There has to be at least one liberal out there out there with the moral courage to face an issue head on.

And I’m not talking about you halfwits who’s answer to everything is “Well, George Bush did this” or “Republicans did that.”

Explain to me why I shouldn’t have anything  but disdain for global warming hypocrite Al Gore, who’s lifestyle produces a bigger carbon footprint in a month than I do in a year!
And please don’t give me any of that crap about “carbon credits, the last guy to come up with a Ponzi scheme like that was Bernie Maddoff.

Justify the actions of the ACLU, a group of legal sharks who repeatedly file lawsuits hoping to stop the Boy Scouts of America from receiving any federal funding over the fact that the BSA refuses to have admitted homosexuals as Scoutmasters.
ACORN has received millions of federal dollars more than the Scouts have, is the ACLU suing ACORN for their staffers instructing people an how to make children become child prostitutes?
No?
I didn’t think so.

A few years ago, the ACLU served pro bono as defense counsel for two pieces of human garbage who sodomized and murdered a 9 year old boy.
Guess that’s something to be proud of, huh?

Tell me again why I should support President Obama’s appointment of Kevin Jennings as “Safe Schools Czar.”
A man who turned a blind eye to the homosexual statutory rape of a 15 year old boy.

Those of you living in your liberal fantasy world may find this hard to believe, but I don’t really care how two consenting adults choose to live their lives, or pick their sexual partners.

My problem arises when America’s school system tries to teach children about moral and lifestyle choices.
That is not the job of a schoolteacher, that is the job of a parent.
We who consider ourselves conservatives don’t need you to raise our children for us, we are perfectly capable of doing it on our own.

The holiday season will soon be upon us, and this will compel those on the left to go into one of their favorite rants.

Point out to me where in the United States Constitution the phrase “Separation of Church and State” appears.

Just what is it about Christmas that scares you lefties so much?

“Peace on Earth, Good Will Towards Men” sounds like a pretty good plan to me.

And despite your contempt for any public display of them, when you come right down to it, the Ten Commandments aren’t a bad set of rules to live by.

Please explain to me how Keith Olbermann is more level-headed and fairer than Glenn Beck.
Yet you have nothing but respect for the one, and nothing but contempt for the other.

Clear up for me how many of you are outraged when people in a neighborhood will post signs pointing out that a child molestor has moved into an area.
Are liberals really so mentally sick that they are more concerned with hurting the feelings of a pervert than they are with the safety of young children?

Give me a credible reason why we should think that the government is capable of competently running the health care industry when they foul up almost everything else they put their hands to>
Are we really supposed to believe that our medical records will remain private when a teenage kid can hack into computers at the Pentagon?

I could keep going on with this, but here is the bottom line:

I think that anyone who lives a life of wretched excess while telling me that I have to completelychange my lifestyle because “the earth is in the balance” is nothing more than a money-grubbing hypocrite that is beneath contempt.

I have nothing but disdain for any group of attorneys, no matter what fancy title they choose to give themselves, who defend admitted child molesters and murderers.

If a man wants to have sex with a man, a woman with a woman, or any combination thereof, I don’t care.
But I don’t want the state teaching moral values to my children, that’s a job for myself and my wife.
And if my idea of morality doesn’t mesh with yours, that’s too damn bad.

I fail to see how a Nativity scene on a courthouse lawn will bring about the end of civilization.
Any more than any other religious symbol would.

Please don’t expect me to be delusional enough to believe that pindits such as Sean Hannitty or Michelle Malkin are rabid mad-dog conservatives while in the same breath you try and convince me that Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews sall them right down the middle.

Not only don’t I want a sexual predator living in my neighborhood, Iwould go out of my way to make things so uncomfortable for such an individual that they would move.
And I would urge the folks in the area that this person moved to to do the same thing.
Would I be violating this persons rights?
Too damn bad.
Because unlike you liberals, I feel that the right of a child to be safe from a molester, or a woman from a rapist, far exceed the rights of a pervert.

I don’t feel that the government has any right whatsoever to dictate the terms of my medical coverage.
A while back I put forth the proposal that anyone who wants to sign on to the President’s health care proposals should be allowed to do so.
And that the feds should leave those of us who are happy with the coverage we have now the hell alone.

All of these things are a part of my belief system.

And if that makes me a bigot, then so be it.

Why Did God Do This To Liberals?

There is a reason why many liberals don’t believe in God.

It’s because he has been unfair to them.

He gave something to the rest of us that liberals don’t have.

It’s the only conclusion I can come to.

In thinking over some basic liberal beliefs, the only logical conclusion is that liberals are missing a few brain cells, mainly the ones that give the rest of us common sense and prevent us from being hypocrites.

Otherwise, how can they believe the following?:

That Al Gore is a hero for speaking out against global warming.
As he leaves his home, which has the highest energy consumption in the state, boards a private jet, and then takes a limo to wherever he is promoting his dogma.

Liberals applaud the ACLU for fighting for the rights of the average American.
While they overlook the fact that the ACLU wages war against such traditions as the Boy Scouts of America, the NRA, Christmas, and numerous other decent and moral things.
The fact that the ACLU lobbies for the “rights” of terrorists and provides legal representation to such groups as the North American Man-Boy Love Association doesn’t bother a liberal in the least.

Liberals support abortion on demand.
And they oppose the death penalty.

Liberals feel that it is fine for such experts as Danny Glover, Sean Penn, George Clooney and the like to air their views on American political policies.
But when Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter or Glenn Beck share their thoughts, they should be restricted by a “Fairness” Doctrine.

Liberals openly support gay rights parades.
Yet feel that Christmas Nativity scenes should be illegal.

That “racial profiling” of Muslims is wrong.
But that returning war vets are “potential domestic terrorists.”

That it’s fine for a kid to bring a book about Adolph Hitler or Karl Marx to school.
Yet that a kid carrying a Bible should be expelled.

That Fox News is nothing more that an offshoot of the Republican Party.
And that Keith Olbermann, Katie Couric, Chris Matthews, etc. simply report the news without any personal bias.

Liberals will cite the U.S. Constitution when they speak about the “separation of church and state.
Despite the fact that that phrase is not included in the Constitution.

Liberals believe that Barack Obama deserved the Nobel Peace Prize.
In spite of the fact that he has done nothing to earn it, and he was only in office for a month or two when he was nominated.

They believe Obama and Pelosi when they say that universal health care will lead to a reduction in the federal deficit.
They never ask how insuring the (supposedly) 45 million Americans without health insurance will make money.

Liberals will repeatedly bash Judaism and Christianity.
But they become angry if they hear anyone say anything bad about Islam.

So the next time you hear a liberal spouting off with some stupid statement, try and keep in mind that it’s not entirely their fault.

I Am So Proud, My First Death Threat (I Think)

It’s possible that after all the time I have spent doing this, I have become successful.

Any time that a conservative can bring a liberal to hint at taking violent action, you must be getting too close to the truth for them to be comfortable.

I say that because I think I have just received my first death threat.

An article I did a while back, Barack Obama Appoints Doctor Death As Health Care Czar, has generated some interesting comments, but one it received on Friday tops them all:

“Dear Karl, It’s great that you agree with Emanuel because, we have just been appointed by Emanuel to decide about you and we have decided we should not waste any more resources on you.”

“I hope you understand that, as you indicated, “there comes a time when a person is no longer of any use to the state and must therefore be terminated.”  Sorry, Karl, “it’s just the progressive thing to do.”

Seeing as how this person couldn’t even spell my name correctly, I feel compelled to go very slowly and explain things to him.

Those of you reading this who have an IQ that is more than that of a goldfish will be able to understand the parts where I am being serious, and where I am being sarcastic.

You Kool-Aid drinkers will have to find someone to explain the difference to you.

“We have decided we should not waste any more resources on you.”

If only that statement meant what I would hope it did.

Because if it means the government is going to leave me the hell alone, stop trying to dictate every aspect of my life, deciding what is best for me in spite of what I think, I would take that as welcome news.

As would tens of millions of my fellow Americans.

See, this is where I get confused.

Like most statements that come from liberals, this really makes no sense to me.

Is this guy saying he is going to try and kill me, is he trying to be sarcastic, or is this a lame attempt at humor?

If this is suppossed to be a threat, I’ll have to try and find the time to be scared, I am too busy to do it right now.

If he’s trying to be sarcastic, well, that’s one of the usual reactions that you get from a liberal when you point out something that that leaves them drawing a blank when it comes to disputing your facts.

And if he’s trying to be funny, I must have missed the punch line.

In any event, there is one thing I would hope to see in my lifetime.

And that would be liberal who could face reality.

Oh well.

I probably have a better chance of seeing Elvis and the Pope singing a duet.

We May Have To Do This Mosque Trip Real Soon

Yesterday we presented the case for paying a visit to a mosque in New York City and having a chat with some of the radical Islamists spreading their message of hate who routinely gather outside of the building.
In what may be a glimmer of hope that the “politically correct police” just might be starting to face reality, today we present a report from Fox News that the feds are taking steps to close down some of these houses of un-American activity.

NEW YORK — Federal prosecutors have taken steps to seize four U.S. mosques and a Manhattan skyscraper owned by a nonprofit Muslim organization long suspected of being secretly controlled by the Iranian government.

In what could prove to be one of the biggest counterterrorism seizures in U.S. history, prosecutors filed a civil complaint Thursday in federal court against the Alavi Foundation, seeking the forfeiture of more than $500 million in assets.

The assets include bank accounts; Islamic centers consisting of schools and mosques in New York City, Maryland, California and Houston; more than 100 acres in Virginia; and a 36-story glass office tower in New York.

Confiscating the properties would be a sharp blow against Iran, which has been accused by the U.S. government of bankrolling terrorism and trying to build a nuclear bomb.

Who Wants To Get Together To Visit A Mosque?

I wonder if we could put together a group of people to visit New York City?

We wouldn’t actually visit a mosque, just gather around outside of one.

Specifically, the mosque on 96th Street.

That is where the Muslim “Brothers Of Revolution” have set up shop.

As you will see in the video, they have picked this area to spout off their anti-American drivel, and to foster terrorism against American citizens.

And, as we here at the Freedom Medium reported back in June. the citizens of New York City are too cowardly to do anything.

These radical Islamists want to preach terrorism, I think it’s time to show them what it is like to be terrified.

Because if a few hundred patriotic Americans were to suddenly come around the corner to discuss terrorism with them, the word would gain an entirely new meaning for them.

Imagine a member, past or present, of America’s military, someone from the Oathkeepers or the Patriot Riders, or any other patriotic American walking up to these goons one-on-one, standing directly in front of him, and saying:

“OK pal, I’m an infidel. Here I am. Go ahead and terrorize me.”

So, who’s up for a road trip?
