The Unconstitutional Provision In H.R. 3200

There are many problems with the health care “reform” bill now working it’s way through the halls of Congress.

The provision that perhaps should invoke the ire of anyone with their head screwed on straight, is that this bill is in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.

There is a seldom-spoken of provision in the bill that would allow government bureaucrats access to an individual’s health records, as well as their bank account information.

Not only is this a breach of the long standing practice of doctor-patient confidentiality, it is in direct defiance of the Fourth Amendment, which reads:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The United States Constitution guarantees me that some pencil pushing numbskull in Washington is not going to be poking around in my health records or my bank account.

And unlike the Kool-Aid drinking crowd, that document still means something to me.

Always go back to the constitution. Health care is not a constitutional right. The liberal progressive and the “rich” elitist would argue that the constitution is “evolving”, in there desires, by them.

Remember this; for every law that is written, someones “constitutional rights” is being disturbed or taken away. It is as simple as “wearing a seat belt”. I hate the restriction and the freedom a “seat belt” takes away from me. I don’t need a seat belt for example on my Harley Davidson and I feel free. Free, a word very similar to “freedom”. A human being enjoys the “freedom” the Constitution provides. And resents laws that restrict freedom and liberty to move about this country as he or she chooses.

The Constitution is: “Common Sense” and complication only comes in when “tampering with the freedoms” of the individuals it was designed to respect. It was written to prevent the government from restricting freedom not the other way around.

I will be charitable in my own faithful way and I will submit to you if you have gotten this far, I do not want to be forced to “fund” those who are here illegally, those who choose to “live off the system” and those who do not care to support their own families. I do not want the government to fund with my taxes a health care system that would “kill the unborn” or “talk to the greater generation” still among us into, suicide….I want them and their wisdom around until God decides, not the Unconstitutional Health care system that is now proposed.

If I have money to hand over to my Pastor and Church to help those who are in “tough times” or those that are

The bank account information is on page 59. If you scroll down to C) you will find the electronic funds transfers: http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3200ih.txt.pdf

The transfers will be done according to X12 Version 5010 transaction standards, in case you happen to know what they may be.

After I heard about this I though about opening a Swiss bank acount, then the Obama destroyed Switzerland’s banking system with one law suit.

I’m thinking maybe the Caymans or the Leewards Islands. Although how long are they going to be safe?

    Maybe a mattress.

Got something to say?
